Colin R Campbell was born in Sheffield. Colin's many theatre credits include shows for Northern Broadsides, The Young Vic, The National Theatre and many repertory theatres.

On television he has been a guest lead in The Bill, HeartBeat, Casualty and The Darling Buds of May. He has also featured in many TV commercials including campaigns for BT, Ford, The RAC, Birds Eye, Tetley's Beer and Learn Direct (which also included four radio ads).

His voice has featured on such diverse projects as Shakespeare study aids and a Radio One documentary on the rock band Oasis.
