Emma has worked in theatre, television and radio for the past fifteen years.
Notable roles include Stella Moorhouse in the Brit flick 'East is East', two years playing Miranda in Charlie Higson's 'Swiss Toni', Maz in 'Coronation Street' (the girl who got Jack and Vera stoned), three years playing Mikey in Kay Mellor's 'Playing the Field' and Juliet in Hat Trick's 'Small Potatoes'.  Guest leads in 'Dalziel and Pascoe', 'In Deep', 'Merseybeat', 'Death In Holy Orders', 'The Royal', and 'Hollyoaks.' 
Radio plays include the lead role in 'Mary Barton', Margaret Forsters 'Hidden Lives' and 'Shadow Baby' and more recently 'Heft like a Herdwick' and 'Butchers Perfume' all for Radio Four. For Radio 3 Alice Nutter's, 'My Generation'.
Emma's vast voice over experience includes jobs for BT, Toyota, Lea and Perrins, Sure, Max Factor and Fitness First.
Emma has now turned her talents to writing, having won The Audience Award for Best Play at the 24.7 Theatre Festival in Manchester for her first play 'True', in which she also performs. The play has been nominated for a Manchester Theatre Award and will be performed at The Edinburgh Festival.
