Paul Brennen on Spotlight

Paul Brennen can currently be seen in Borgia in which has been a regular lead character for the last three seasons.  He has just finished playing a major role in the BBC new Agatha Christie drama Partners In Crime and begins shooting George Gently for the BBC.  His TV work is extensive ranging from a regular role in Eastenders to period drama for HBO.

His film work includes Aliens 3, I.D. and Identity and is in a new film called Victor starring Peter Mullan. He’s soon to begin work on the film Puffins.

In theatre he is best known for his Shakespearian roles, having play leads at The Globe, The Royal National and London's West End but he has recently finished work at The Hampstead Theatre where he played the lead role of The Colonel in the much acclaimed Wonderland.

Vocally, Paul has a natural light North eastern accent, charming and considerate, perfect for a 'soft sell'. He has been the voice of Miu Miu and written narration for several documentaries.

He has had his own theatre and radio companies, winning several awards including The Sony Radio Award for best play.
